Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust (HFCMAT) has appointed Klare Rufo as the director for development and improvement. Klare joins from the Archdiocese of Liverpool Primary School Improvement Trust where she was the primary trust advisor and led over 180 catholic schools in the Liverpool City Region. The director for development and improvement role will see Klare raising standards and improve the quality of education across the schools within the Trust, these include St John Plessington Catholic College in Bebington, St Mary’s Catholic College in Wallasey, Our Lady of Pity RC Primary School in Greasby, St Bernard’s RC Primary School in Ellesmere Port and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Oxton. Klare will also lead the strategic vision for Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub, Ignite Institute and Maths Hub North West, which are part of the Trust. With 20 years’ experience in education, Klare specialises in building collaborative partnerships, systems and processes for the benefit of children and teachers. She is passionate about inspiring teachers to be the best version of themselves and has a keen interest in continuous professional development (CPD) and will ensure schools within the Trust, and schools in the wider community, have access to best the CPD available. Klare Rufo said: “I am delighted to join Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust at this exciting time.
