Celebrate excellence in schools and colleges

Education news

The Educate Awards is seeking support from likeminded businesses and organisations for this year’s ceremony. 2021 marks the 10 year anniversary of the prestigious North West event which will take place at the Liverpool Cathedral in November. For it to be that extra bit special, organisers are calling for more support in the form of associate sponsorships. Over the past decade, the unique event has grown rapidly and recognises and celebrates the work of hundreds of teachers and support staff from schools, academies and colleges across the Liverpool City Region, Cheshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester. There has never been a better time to show your support for teachers and those working in the sector. The pandemic has highlighted just how hard everyone works in schools and colleges and the Educate Awards 2021 will be the perfect way to give thanks and acknowledge their dedication. There are 21 award categories in total, including the Mental Health and Wellbeing Award, SEND Provision Award, Outstanding Arts in Primary School, Outstanding Arts in Secondary School and the School Governor of the Year Award. With joint title sponsors in place and nine associate sponsors already signed up for 2021, the Educate Awards is offering other businesses the chance to be part of this special date in the education calendar. The category sponsorship package includes: Premium position table package at the event in Liverpool Cathedral Company or organisation’s logo on the awards marketing and event branding Company profile piece as well as branding and website link on the website Opportunity to have stories included on the Sponsors’ News page on the website Opportunity to present the award for your category to the winner on stage Branding included on all your category material including certificates Sponsor promotion and branding shown throughout the night on all screens Unrivalled opportunities for networking with over 700 representatives from schools and businesses in the education sector Pre and post event social media coverage Pre and post event regional press and radio coverage Editorial opportunities in Educate magazine There is also the opportunity for a business to sponsor the glittering drinks reception which takes place in the Well of Liverpool Cathedral. Kim O’Brien, founder of the Educate Awards, said: “The Educate Awards has become a highly anticipated event for those in the education sector. The night is truly special with exclusive performances from schools, a delicious three-coursedinner and of course, the ceremony itself. “In order for us to continue what we do best, we do require further support from outside organisations. Perhaps you’re looking to build your customer base or you are simply looking to raise your profile? We have the perfect platform to help achieve many of your business’ goals whilst giving back to the education sector.” To find out more information about sponsorships, please contact founder Kim O’Brien on 0151 709 7567 or via email at
