When walking through a woodland area, you may have spotted mushrooms growing out of the ground a few times. Probably, you were told not to touch them – they could be poisonous! Not just that, but there are laws preventing you from picking certain mushrooms. The Didsbury mushroom forage aims to help you find and identify mushroom species as well as any useful plants, berries or nuts you might come across. The aim is for you to confidently be able to identify one or two edible species despite the many species you come across. A great way to connect with nature and discover some edible treasures.
